Formal written examinations for basic law and elective courses in the LLB programme must be of the type and duration approved by the County Council and indicated in the course outline or at the beginning of each course. The department offers the following degree programs: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM). The department also offers special law courses for students enrolled in other departments and faculties of the university as part of selected programs. Subject to optimal student demand and the availability of staff and other resources, the Legal Department offers the following courses at grades 100 to 600 for students who are not enrolled in law programs. 3. A student admitted to the LLB program with a law degree is generally not eligible to enroll in courses offered at the 300, 400 and 500 levels of the LLB program until they have completed credits for the 100 and 200 levels of core, elective, elective and general courses.
