Technically, there is no end to the list of rules that can be added to an Irish Snap game, and some variants stipulate that any player who takes the fastest snap twice in a row can add another rule. If you want, you can play with the time limit, and if no one picks up all the cards beforehand, the person who holds the most cards when the time limit is reached is the winner.
